Grilled Asparagus With Lemon Dip

 

      Yield: 4 Servings

 

      2 T   olive oil

      1 lb asparagus,ends broken off

      1     salt and,Freshly Ground

           -pepper

      1     lemon dip

     1/4 c   mayonnaise

      1 t   lemon rind,Grated

      2 T   lemon juice

      1     pepper,Freshly Ground

 

Preheat grill to high.   Brush oil on asparagus.   Place across grill

and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until crisp-tender. Season

with salt and pepper.

 

To make lemon dip, combine ingredients.   Season to taste. Eat with
